CaveatCaveat Filing (Sec. 148A CPC)+

File caveat to ensure notice before ex-parte orders. Valid for 90 days from filing. Caveator must be served copy of the application. Essential when anticipating adverse proceedings — protects against surprise ex-parte injunctions or stay orders.
