Filing public interest litigations before the Punjab & Haryana High Court on matters of environmental protection, social justice, education policy, children’s welfare, and government accountability. PILs are one of the most powerful tools for citizens to seek judicial intervention against systemic injustice and administrative failure.
Constitutional Law
Challenging unconstitutional government actions, defending fundamental rights guaranteed under the Constitution of India, and seeking enforcement of statutory protections through writ petitions (Article 226/227) and other constitutional remedies. My practice includes challenging arbitrary executive orders, defending the right to equality (Article 14), and ensuring due process protections for citizens.
RTI Activism
Extensive Right to Information practice with over 100 applications filed across various departments of the Haryana government. The RTI Act, 2005 is a powerful tool for ensuring transparency and accountability in public administration. My RTI work spans education departments, health services, municipal authorities, police administration, and revenue departments, among others.
Employment & Service Matters
Representing contractual employees, government workers, and professional associations in matters of regularization, pay scale disputes, seniority issues, and service conditions before the Punjab & Haryana High Court. This includes work on behalf of HKRN contractual employees, ESI pharmacists, MPHW workers, nursing staff, municipal engineers, and other categories of government employees seeking fair treatment and service benefits.
Administrative Law
Challenging arbitrary policies, recruitment irregularities (including HSSC recruitment processes), administrative decisions affecting public employees, and pay commission implementation issues. My administrative law practice focuses on ensuring that government departments follow due process, act within the bounds of their statutory authority, and do not exercise power in an arbitrary or discriminatory manner.
Civil Litigation
Comprehensive civil practice including property disputes, municipal matters, disputes involving state agencies and local governing bodies, and general civil litigation. Each matter is handled with the same commitment to justice and thorough preparation that defines my entire practice.
